Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Services : Once you subscribe for any IT enabled services, it cannot be "cancelled" until the duration of the term has expired as per the agreement.
- Cancellation of service renewals for on-going HRMS, Document Management or any IT Enabled services offered by Neural IT must be made at least seven 15 business days prior to the end of the current service period.
- Requests received later than seven 07 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
- Neural IT also reserves the rights to cancel your account, if Payments are not made in timely manner as per the financial terms in the agreement.
Refund Policy:
- No refund will be provided.
