Image Use

Hoshi HRMS collects and uses the device’s location information when the app is in use. When the app is not in use, the app may continue to collect and use location information in the background. Always review your device’s settings to make sure you are comfortable with the location data being collected.

Hoshi HRMS collects location data to enable check-in, check-out, attendance, travel expenses and security purposes even when the app is closed or not in use.

To facilitate the check in and check out process, we may collect and uploading users' images for identification purposes. This information will be used solely for the purpose of marking attendance and will not be shared or sold to any third parties.

We collect images of our customers for security and attendance purposes. We will not use or share these images for any other purpose or in any manner that would be inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. We also will not sell any images or other personal data we collect in any way.

Hoshi HRMS respects your privacy and will use the individual users' images uploaded for the purpose of processing travel expense claims. The images will be securely stored and handled in accordance with relevant privacy laws and regulations.

Hoshi HRMS values the privacy of our employees and takes the protection of personal information seriously. In order to provide our services, including attendance tracking, leave management, and security, we may collect and process images of our employees.

● By using Hoshi HRMS, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your image and location for the following purposes:

• Processing attendance, check-in and check-out, log-in and log-out
• Applying for leave, including medical or sick leave
• Verification of identities and documentation
• Making identity cards, generating payslips and providing insurance
• Interviews, recruitment, and hiring processes
• Resignation and termination procedures
• Warning letters, appraisal letters, awards certificates, and rewards certificates
• Premise entry and security purposes.
• We may use Geo fencing technology to track employee location for security purposes and to ensure compliance with attendance policies.
• Traveling expenses & Tracking live locations.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Google Play Services

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
